Rise ‘n Shine Coffee Bar owner Neal Kaplan is a long time resident of Smith Hill. In the spirit of the neighborhood, Kaplan has set out to establish a peoples’ café off the beaten path, creating space for gathering and conversation in an incredible hidden enclave of the city.
Tucked away on a small street just behind the Foundry complex in a historic carriage house, Rise ‘n Shine Coffee Bar intends to jump start new life into this charming part of the city.
